How Much Are You Paying For Free Stuff

There is not any such thing as free things in fact – somebody has to create the goods and pay the cost of producing it. The trick is that sometimes the price of the stuff is moved to another person or paid for using some alternate method that’s not obvious. How do you pay for free stuff? With time, stress and restrictions instead of what you would normally do.

Wasting Time

The expression”time is money” applies to anyone, not just business people because time is something that you cannot have back once it’s been lost or”consumed”. The way to learn how much your time costs is by comparing it to money. If I spend an hour a month working to obtain”free stuff” and I could do something that pays me $20 a hour, I am paying $20 a month. There are cases where you may save time, but aren’t necessarily getting paid for it. What else would you rather be doing instead of chasing free stuff? Maybe you are learning something new, researching a deal that could save you money somewhere else, you are able to do jobs that you can be paying someone else to do, or change a habit which may save you money. This concept is extremely individual, and you would need to determine where your time goes to comprehend where the trade-offs are. There’s a corresponding question which in many ways is much more important: Where Does Your Time Go?” Given all of the whining about not having enough time, this question ought to be examined more carefully.

Personal Information

What’s wrong with this? You could argue that it isn’t important to you since most of my information is out there anyway and I have nothing to hide. Whether this is true or not leaves you exposed to the filling from endless forms or sifting through telephone calls and emails which you are probably not interested in participating in. Your information may be”shared” or sold to other sellers whom you didn’t deal with directly and which will add to the annoyance and time wasting. In the age of computer hacks and identity theft, the more places personal information is available, the more likely this will happen to you. Besides the stress and time spent in cancelling credit cards, updating anti-virus applications and chasing down money taken from the accounts, there’s also a greater chance of fraud and theft which is a wonderful disturbance to your own life. The effects of this may linger on for years following the occurrence.

Restrictions on Shopping

The old adage of saving money on purchasing products is to”shop around” for the best offer. For those who have ever done this, you will know there are sometimes wide divergences in the prices of products either from other locations or different times of the year. If you’re collecting points, are you still going to do the comparison to find the best price in spite of the points not being collected? From the people I’ve observed, I think the answer is no. It’s not probable that one store or internet site will always have the best deals. Even the known cheaper stores may have expensive products. Austin Wildlife Removal

Being Organized

Is being organized and doing administrative jobs natural for you? If it is, monitoring points and maximizing their use would be second nature to you. I find many people would be the reverse – filling out forms, doing paperwork, calculating reductions or accounting for taxes on purchases is not their strong suit. If you want proof, go to dinner with a bunch of people and see how the tip is calculated. An app or computer can’t make decisions for you when it comes to purchasing products with abstract elements such as time, aggravation and stress built into the equation.

The Pretzel

Are you forced to buy things or utilize services that you really don’t want or at times which aren’t convenient for you? Do these options cost you in many other ways? A classic example is flying somewhere on points. Yes, the flight is completely free, but it is at 3 am on Monday morning. You may have been able to take transit to the airport, but in such an odd time, you’ll need a limousine or a taxi cab. The flight might have been direct, but the free flight may have 1 or two layovers where you’re wasting hours in the airport(s). Since time is being wasted at the airport, you may buy more expensive meals and use more roaming charges unless you plan ahead. In case you have to stay overnight for a layover, there’s an additional transportation and accommodation fee that is part of your trip expense, but not always part of your holiday. You may need additional vacation days because of this free flight which will cost you for other holidays that you may want to take. If you’re starting to feel like a pretzel, this is the stage. Are you going to do a comparison to see if the pretzel flight is worth it compared to paying for a direct flight at the time you need and for the destination that you would like? If you forgo the pretzel flight, perhaps you won’t be able to redeem these points later on. Maybe then you might need to buy something to”use up the points”. As soon as you commit to those programs, you are under the principles of the issuer, and they’ll change to any time to adapt the issuer and make profits. If somebody is making profits, the client is paying for those profits. The trick for you is to figure if it is worth it in spite of everything can transpire.

When Is the Free Stuff Worth it?

The free stuff can be a fantastic offer if it is treated like a discount that you weren’t expecting. If you take the opposite view of all the points stated in this guide, the free stuff will be a fantastic deal. If you would have bought the product anyway on its own merit and the points are a bonus, you are not subject to additional hassles or organizational hoops, you’ve got options to use the loyalty program and still get the best price without the pretzel effect, then the free material is likely a fantastic idea. The key to this concept is to observe your habits and your spending style and find a program that suits well with you instead of having to contort into whatever the program needs. You may sometimes have to depart the programs if they are just not worth it. If you find this impossible due to the thought that”I have to use my points” at all costs, this may resemble a addiction and decisions will likely be distorted rather be a bonus

Waste is any residue that is potentially dangerous for animal or human health, such as:

• human pathological waste: body parts, organs, and all human cells

• animal waste: body parts and all animal carcasses

Sharps waste: sharp medical utensils such as scalpels, wild animal control near me, needles, glass slides glass pipettes, broken glass which were contaminated with potentially infectious material.

To help laboratories and health care operators navigate through the rigorous legislation on hazardous waste disposal, the Department of Health has generated the following classification:

Offensive waste

It’s non-clinical waste that’s non-infectious and doesn’t contain chemical or pharmaceutical substances, but may be disagreeable.

You must segregate and rubbish that is combined and healthcare offensive residues.

If you have produced more than 7kg of civil atomic byproducts, or have more than one bag in a set period, you must segregate it from any mixed municipal waste.

If you’ve made less, you can eliminate your municipal offensive waste in your mixed municipal waste (‘black bag’).

Plaster and wastes

Plaster byproducts are non-infectious. It should be kept separately from any plaster waste that’s infectious, which should be put in the bagged infectious waste stream.

Waste medicines

If it’s any of the following A medication is considered to be cytostatic or cytotoxic for classification purposes:

• acutely toxic

• carcinogenic

• mutagenic

Sharps and related byproducts

The disposal of sharps is determined by the contamination that was medicinal. To guarantee compliance with the Hazardous Waste Regulations the segregation and storage of sharps in colour coded bins and special containers is essential.

• Orange bins-For the storage and disposal of sharps not containing or contaminated with medicines, such as sharps used for blood samples and acupuncture

The storage and disposal of sharps contaminated with or containing medicines or anaesthetics

• Purple bins-For the disposal of sharps and medicines with contamination or contents

• Blue bins-For the disposal of out of date medications, used drug denaturing kits and items from use in the handling of pharmaceuticals such as boxes or bottles with residues, gloves, gloves, connecting tubes, syringe bodies and medication vials waste.

Waste from theatres requires containment that is special and must be stored, transported and disposed of as hazardous waste to ensure that there’s not any threat to human health or to the environment.

Anatomical waste includes:

• Body parts

• Organs

• Blood bags and blood preserves

Laboratory photochemicals and chemicals

Hazardous chemical waste-includes:

• Wastes classified as’hazardous’ in The Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 amended 2016 (Schedules 1 and 2) or in The European Waste Catalogue (EWC)’List of Wastes’.

Any health care equipment or other equipment (such as gloves, towels, used bandages and dressings, tubes) that come into contact with hazardous materials and consequently exhibit more than trace elements of these materials are themselves also classified as hazardous waste.

The Environmental Protection Act includes a’Duty of Care’ which requires all persons involved in the handling of waste to take measures to ensure that:

• Waste treated is kept, deposited or disposed of in accordance with a waste management licence or authorisation;

• Waste doesn’t escape from the holder’s control;

• Waste is just transferred to authorised persons like waste carriers or licensed disposal operations permitted to accept that type of waste;

Silvox for Aquaculture Disinfection

Hydroponics, Vegetable, Greenhouse, Farm

Aquaculture sector, primarily those of Limnoculture (Freshwater fishes) and Vannamei culture (Freshwater shrimps) extensively use disinfectants in their farms for bio-security in addition to routine cleaning processes. They’re utilized to inactivate microbes that were potential on gear surface, tanks, animal in attic, ponds and clothes. They are also utilised to disinfect gametes ova. Disinfectants are essential during decontamination operations following the outbreak of notifiable diseases like Infectious Salmon Anaemia (ISA), Spring Viraemia of Carp (SVC) or Viral Haemorrhagic Septicaemia (VHS) etc.. Regardless of widespread and effective use of disinfectants, several contributing factors greatly determine the criterion for their choice and application.

Disinfectants mostly contain blend of stabilizers and compounds that could have compositions or broad spectrum program of chemicals for target pathogens. Chemical disinfection of water and equipments is a task due in natural waters as well as to impacts of the reagents themselves and the after effects, both in the aquaculture system. The requirement gradually shifted nontoxic cost disinfectants; those who pathogens can’t adapt to or develop resistance. The best choice for this is using Oxidizing Disinfectants. These are chemicals that indifferently oxidize organic matter in water. Thus their mode of disinfection is oxidation of cell membrane pathogen cell wall and cytoplasm. As an efficient aquaculture disinfectant, Peroxides, particularly in the form of Silver Hydrogen Peroxide has found widespread application of all oxidizing agents’ kinds.

The disinfectant properties of H2O2 applied and have been popularly discussed in recent years. Synergized with nano-silver, the stabilized AgH2O2 is an excellent disinfectant that is active over a wide spectrum of microscopic in addition to macroscopic pathogens. Its flexibility as a pathogen cleaner and dirt remover makes it an ideal choice for disinfecting water tanks, little ponds and incubation chambers. It is most suitable for application in tanks and ponds as well as gear disinfection with or without water. Its toxicity towards greater aquatic fauna makes it perfect through spread of diseases within the aquarium systems for treatment.

Silver stabilized H2O2 at even low concentrations have disinfecting properties from a wide array of pathogens compared to identical concentrations of disinfectants. Additionally, H2O2 has no toxicity towards cultivated fish and fish eggs. It quickly degrades releasing oxygen that kills the germs leaving no residue. It is non corrosive to tank materials and price friendly. Moreover, Silver itself has by attacking bacterial DNA material certain properties.

Required Property How AgH2O2 tallies

Wide spectrum antibacterial activity Effective against all kinds of mould, viruses, yeast, bacteria and spore formers

Low toxicity and formula
Low toxicity and non-residue formula
• Has no toxic effect in its diluted state
• Environmentally friendly – almost 100% degradable breaking down to oxygen and water Stable and non corrosive
• Highly effective over long periods even at very high water temperatures
• Low corrosive effect

Cost Equipment and operation costs are low

Strawberry Farming – In Kenya

Strawberry, Strawberries

Did you know that you could reap as much as Ksh 100000 a month doing berry mulch?

Berries that is planted by the majority of farmers in Kenya’s category is the Chandler type the plant is simple to manage, produces fruits which are tastier and more juicy and as it is fast growing. The seedlings may be expensive but there’s a way round this since you can propagate a few seedlings to get more seedlings to plant on their farming space.

The seedlings arrive in the form of splits that could cost at least Ksh 15/per split that you can obtain from Kalro Njoro/Thika, Horticulture directorate or Department of Crops, Rats in Attic, Horticulture and Soils (Egerton University). These institutions create quality planting materials.

Soil Preparation

To begin with, this variety of strawberry isn’t so choosy with soils, it may do well both in clay soils and red volcanic soils provided you treat the soil well before planting and add enough organic manure(Chicken refuse, rabbit pee and/or plant manure. Manure which is excellent for high dressing can be used in later phases of the plant growth.

The seedlings should be planted at the end of the Rainy season and incorporation of a good drip irrigation system on your little piece of land is vital for better results. The plant has shallow roots and therefore water is survival element that is critical.

Boost the soil in your piece of land into beds that run parallel to each 60 centimeters. Make sure that there is a 30 cm distance from one while planting.

Areas that get sunlight are reactive with frost.

Of these flowers, pinch Throughout the season of flower production to ensure the season to better berry production.

As the plant grows 2 cm above the floor to help control 15, introduce mulch.

Kelthane diaznon and other acaracides and pesticides can help control pests and diseases.

Harvesting

When the top of the berries are red, harvest. It will not last ripening as other fruits, once picked out. Note that you shouldn’t wash or allow contact with water into the berries unless you are ready to eat. Picking the fruit during morning hours increases shelf life.

Make certain you have a ready market before the harvesting interval reaches, because the fruit is perishable.

The direct community could be a fantastic place to get started marketing your strawberries. Restaurants, fruit shops and other users such as cake makers are also buyers of strawberries in Kenya. Industries which produce food flavors, jam etc, natural flavored yogurt purchase strawberries.

For more of a practical approach to this type of farming, please fee free to check out this Mkulima ni Ujuzi YouTube Channel’s 4th Episode where a couple in Ruai explain their experience . Success!

You should definitely try this out.

How LED Lighting Is Changing Farming

Greenhouse, Indoor, Green House, Plants

In many places areas around the world, LED is altering farming is done. In Japan, there are restaurants that grow their own greens indoors using LED grow lights. In the usa, there are farms which grow greens exclusively indoors using LED lamps. Greens increased with LED lights are said to grow allowing more food to be grown quicker.

It makes sense, plants grown outside are subject to insects, the weather and physical trauma. While plants grown inside are shielded from the weather and insects. In fact, growers can tightly control the amount of temperatures and light that the plants grow in, making every plant grow in the conditions.

This shift in agricultural production, which has been years in the making is only possible through the advancements of LED lighting. LED’s are tiny compared to traditional lighting options. They don’t burn hot unlike traditional lighting, which makes them safer. They are also more durable animal trappers near me, lessening the amount of maintenance needed from lights that are broken. They give off light with power, saving users in the process enormous sum of money. LED’s can also be controlled with automatic or a computer with technology. It makes sense that LED’s, when put to use in agriculture would result in tremendous progress in the ability to cultivate food.

Some of the advantages of using LED lights for growing plants are environmental. LED’s are much more eco-friendly that lights. Plus since insects and disease are not an issue for plants grown inside, this permits the plants to be grown without the usage of dangerous chemical pesticides that enter the environment and our bodies. They only require a fraction of fertilizer, the water and land plus are less vulnerable to climate change’s effects.

LED’s have been around quite a long time, since the 1970’s, but back then they were not in widespread use and were a relatively new technology they were quite expensive. However there are factories producing LED’s for just about every application you can think of. This means the costs have dropped, even to under lighting options and therefore LED’s are here to stay in home, industrial and commercial applications. Earth! Fire! Wind! Water! Heart! The Shelby Cobra Sports Car

Auto, Cobra, Shelby, Oldtimer, Spotlight

Performance, bat proofing, Technical Data, Features, Comparisons, History – a review.

Although Carroll Shelby discontinued importing cars from AC in the UK in 1967, AC Cars continued to create the AC convertible with coil spring suspension, non flared wings, and powered by the small block Ford 289 V8 engine.

Throughout Europe, it was marketed designated the AC 289 sports car until production.

In 1982, the AC 289 continued to be constructed by Autokraft, an AC Cobra parts supplier, and has been renamed the Autokraft Mark 4.

Following litigation by Carroll Shelby, production ended, but resumed in 1987 in a joint venture between Ford and AC the Mark 4 was renamed the AC Mark 4, and powered by the 302 ci Ford V8 engine.

In 1990, a version was introduced with output increased to 370 bhp removing the catalytic converter, and by using an aluminum head, a single Holley 4-barrrel carburettor.

Production of both variants finished in 1996 when a combined total of 480 units were built.

With new management, AC Cars was restructured in 1996 and the company launched two cars with body styling similar to that of the Cobra.

The first was powered by a supercharged 302 ci Ford V8 engine, and that the Superblower, having an aluminum body , developing 320 bhp.

Another was a more keenly priced automobile called the Carbon Road Series (CRS), with a carbon fibre body, and a detuned 302 ci Ford V8 engine developing 225 bhp.

37 CRS’s and 22 Superblowers had been built when production ended in 2001.

The first pre-production AC Cobra 260 sports car had 655 of the block 289’s and 260 were built, which meant that the one could have been CSX2655 a chassis number CSX2000 and, in total.

In 1965, the layout of the chassis happened, and involved strengthening, and replacement of the leaf springs with all around coil spring suspension.

The chassis number of the first Mark 3 AC Cobra, with chassis and the 427 engine, was CSX3000.

Since, by 1967, when production of the 427 Cobra finished, a total of 344 units were built, which meant that the unit could have been CSX3344.

With the unit designated CSX4000, the 427 Cobra was reborn, From the late 1980’s.

The new set of the iconic model was given the name”Continuation Cobra”.

These”Continuation” sports cars were originally constructed in Las Vegas, and sanctioned by the Shelby organisation.

The idea was to recreate the 1960’s icon, but with latter day additions.

It was to continue on where production of the 427 S/C that is final finished, which was around CSX3560, and was the 427 S/C Shelby Continuation Cobra which was in demand.

In 1996, the first sports car that was CSX4000 used a chassis constructed by McCluskey Limited, together with the produced components, and rebuilt Ford V8 engines.

Continuation Cobras’ majority were built with fibreglass bodies, although some were ordered with bodies made from aluminum, and even carbon fibre.

Since 2009, 427 Cobras and Continuation 289 were built by AC Heritage in the United Kingdom, under permit to AC.

In 1965, AC produced only 19 rolling chassis for the 427 Competition Cobra, and two of these, CSX3303 and CSX3015, were modified with the addition of 2 Paxton superchargers to develop 800 bhp.

The 427 Supersnake was built to be a street.

Only two Supersnakes were built, and Carroll Shelby kept CSX3015, whilst CSX3303 was introduced by him to his friend Bill Cosby. Captain Ellis, He’s our Hero, Gonna Take Pollution down to ZERO!
